Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST are processed same day (Mon-Fri)
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or indication of the contents. The return address shows only our company name, not the type of products.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to high volume periods (holidays, sales), weather conditions, or carrier delays. We'll notify you of any significant delays via email.
Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once shipped. Re-shipments due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and building management, wait 24 hours (sometimes tracking updates before delivery), then contact us – we'll work with the carrier to locate your package.
