Bras – Returnable within 30 days, unworn, with tags attached
Sets – Returnable within 30 days, unworn, with tags attached
Shapewear – Returnable within 30 days, unworn, with tags attached
Nightwear – Returnable within 30 days, unworn, with tags attached
What's Final Sale
Panties – Final sale for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
Items marked “Final Sale” – Not eligible for return
Condition Requirements
For a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Free of perfume, deodorant, or makeup marks
How to Return
- Email us at returns@bismal.com with your order number
- Receive your return label via email within 24 hours
- Pack your item securely in original packaging
- Drop off at your nearest shipping location
- Get your refund – Processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free exchanges!
- Follow the same process above
- Indicate the size you need
- We'll ship your new size as soon as we receive your return
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
Defective Items?
If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
